Burning Tree Country Club

For a country club, there is no higher compliment than members calling an event the best one the club has ever hosted. That is exactly what Burning Tree Country Club said after partnering with Rhythm to build the most iconic member experience in its history: an authentic Nashville themed night out featuring multiple bands and a line dance instruction DJ.

The Brief

Burning Tree wanted a member event that would set a new standard. The club was looking for an experience that felt completely different from its usual calendar, one that would bring members together, get them dancing and leave them talking about it for months. It needed a partner who could deliver authentic Nashville entertainment along with the production to match.

The club's verdict: it was the best event they ever did.

Why Country Clubs Choose Rhythm for Nashville Nights

Nashville themed nights have become one of the most popular member events at country clubs, and for good reason. They are fun, inclusive and full of energy. But the difference between a good Nashville night and a great one comes down to authenticity and production.

Rhythm brings both. Our talent comes from a deep Nashville network, including the bands that play Lower Broadway, and our production team delivers stage, sound and lighting that make the experience feel real. Interactive elements like line dance instruction ensure that every member, from first-timers to seasoned dancers, joins in.

Rhythm has produced Nashville nights and member events at country clubs across the Northeast, and many of those clubs now call us their preferred event partner.

Events like this also deliver lasting value for the club itself. A standout member night strengthens community, boosts engagement with the club calendar and gives prospective members a compelling reason to join. When members leave saying it was the best event the club ever did, that reputation carries into every conversation about membership.
