The Brief
Montium wanted a holiday party that broke away from the standard hotel ballroom format. The county fair concept and farm setting promised a fun, memorable atmosphere, but they also introduced production challenges. Hosting 1,000 guests in a non-traditional venue required a partner who could bring in the stage, sound and lighting infrastructure and build an entertainment program that matched the theme.
